Rinus lives in Waalwijk and works as a tuner/voicer mainly in the center and south of The Netherlands. Since March 2010 he has been head of the maintenance and voicing department. Among his special projects were the voicing work on the organs in the Nieuwe Kerk in Middelburg and the Grote or St Maartenskerk in Elst.
He has also worked on various special projects abroad, such as the Flentrop organ in the Seitoku College in Tokyo, the installation of a Flentrop organ in St Pauls Lutheran Church in Wellington (NZ) and the installation of a Flentrop study organ at the University of Utah in Salt-Lake City (USA). In addition, Rinus can regularly be found in England and Germany performing tuning and maintenance work. Rinus is a board member of the Orgelkring Hendrik Niehoff Foundation of St Jan’s Cathedral in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
