After 13 years of yacht interior design and nine years of framing, Esther is now right at home here in organ building. What attracts her most is the craftsmanship. Working by hand on a beautiful old or new organ gives her pleasure every day.

So far, she has had the pleasure of doing various jobs on the organ in Osnabrück. In cooperation with Marcel, Wiete and Michel, she has been able to make the bellows, wind channels and steps.

“Simply fantastic to work on such a powerful musical instrument that is so much bigger than myself, in which almost everything moves and everything is handmade down to the smallest part. I look forward to seeing what other wonderful challenges come my way at Flentrop in the many years I have left to work here.”
