Marcel is our wind supply specialist. He restored, for instance, the seven wedge-bellows of the J.H.H. Bätz organ in the Lutherse Kerk in The Hague. Before that he had reconstructed the wind trunks and bellows of the Cavaillé-Coll organ in Haarlem.

One particularly interesting detail of this latter task was the reconstruction of the harmonicas with tracker wires, only parts of which – and these in very poor condition – could initially be relocated within the organ. Marcel managed to re-use even the most worn-out parts and got the newly manufactured leather bellows to fit in seamlessly with the existing ones.
